At Bangalore Fashions, every product is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We request our customers to read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We follow a No Return | No Exchange policy.
As most of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed and processed.
Damaged / Defective Products
In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product:
- A continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package

The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package
- Opening process
- Visible defect/damage
Without this video proof, claims will not be processed
If validated, our team will review and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refund Policy

- Change of mind
- Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering)
- Minor color variations

- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (as applicable)
Size & Product Disclaimer
- Customers are requested to refer to the size chart carefully before placing orders

Slight variations in color may occur due to:
- Screen display differences
- Organic dyes (may cause slight bleeding during first wash)
Made-to-Order Policy
- Most products are custom stitched (made-to-order)
- Estimated processing time: 15–20 days before dispatch
- Selected items may be available for immediate dispatch

- 2–5 working days after dispatch

- Delays due to courier services are beyond our control

Care Instructions (Important for Product Longevity)
- First wash: Dry clean recommended
- Alternatively: Gentle hand wash in cold water
- Use mild detergents only
- Wash dark colors separately
- Iron at medium temperature
